Belmont University Baseball Complex
Pinnacle (in association) provided full scope Construction I1anagement services for Belmont University. The plan called for approval to update the existing Metro Park area at E.S Rose Park in historic Edgehill area of Nashville. The special circumstances of this facility also enabled Belmont University to deepen its involvement with the community organizations by providing more opportunities for its student, faculty and staff to serve the neighborhood.
Our Team Experiences
Pinnacle’s staff managed programming services, preliminary design concepts, cost estimates, plan review, and provided construction management services during construction (including issue resolution, construction inspection and scheduling, change order review, and pay application review) as the fastest growing university in Tennessee moved up to 1A football. This move required expanding the stadium from 17,000 seats to 34,000 seats.
Pinnacle’s staff member provided construction program management services to facilitate the construction of a student recreation center including six full size basketball courts, five racquetball courts, an Olympic size pool, an elevated running track, cardiovascular exercise room, aerobics workout room, weight room, and associated offices.
