Our Team Experiences

Pinnacle (in association) provided full scope Construction management services for Belmont University. The special circumstances of this facility also enabled Belmont University to deepen its involvement with the community organizations by providing more opportunities for its student, faculty and staff to serve the neighborhood.

Pinnacle provided Construction Management services for the construction of the Edgar A. Smith Building located on the University of Texas at Austin campus. The building is 60,000 square feet that includes administrative, curator, and director offices. It also includes an elegant Café for dining, Museum Shop, classrooms and a 300 seat theater type Auditorium equipped for slide, film, video or computer projection. The exterior of the building is made of Texas granite, limestone, Venetian plaster, and Ipe wood. The roof is clay tile that will last over 75 years. The project is a  support building for the Jack S. Blanton Museum of Art. The museum collection numbers more than 17,000 works. There is a 145,000 square foot public plaza and garden between the two buildings.
