He leads the team of Pinnacle employees and contractors, manages business development efforts, oversees operational activities and financial processes, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. Prior to joining the Pinnacle team, Yoder has served as a senior estimator, senior pre-construction project manager, and pre-construction project manager in the industry.
